The 28 Day Keto Meal Plan is designed to be more of a meal prep tool that keeps our weekly food simplified, keto friendly and so delicious.
You’ll notice that every other day throughout the week we alternate what we eat. I find that eating the same thing every day makes me feel burnt out pretty quickly, and that isn’t the goal we’re wanting to achieve.
This plan also doesn’t keep us in the kitchen every day for extended periods of time. Life is busy enough and being prepared without having to cook a ton and then clean up is one small thing we’re going to do to help us stay on plan.
You’ll notice that the grocery lists for each week include everything you will need from spices to meats, and everything in between. However, you most likely will not need to re-purchase a lot of those things weekly. So before you head to the store or place your grocery pick up order, check your spice rack and pantry to make sure you either have them or need a restock.
