  • Ginger paste

  • Cream cheese, 1 ea
  • Sour cream
  • Cheddar cheese, 8 oz shredded
  • Mex blend cheese, 8 oz shredded
  • Eggs
  • Heavy whipping cream, 32 oz
  • Mozzarella cheese, 16 oz shredded

Staples

  • 1 jar No Sugar Added tomato sauce
  • Pork rinds, 2 bags
  • Parmesan cheese, 8 oz
  • Tomato paste, small can
  • Sesame seeds 
  • Unsweetened coconut milk (La Thai brand)
  • Pyure
  • Coconut OR Liquid Aminos
  • Rice vinegar 
  • Chicken broth, 32 oz
  • 3 (14.4 oz cans) fire roasted tomatoes 
  • Black olives
  • Xanthan gum

Meat & Seafood

  • Pepperoni, 21 oz
  • Canadian bacon, 6 oz
  • Italian sausage, 1 lb
  • Boneless, skinless chicken thighs, family pack
  • Ground beef, 4 lbs
  • Boneless skinless chicken breasts, big pack
  • London broil, 2 lb
  • Bacon, 1 pack 
  • Hot dogs, Oscar Meyer, 1 ea

Frozen Foods

  • 1 (12 oz) bag Cauliflower Rice
  • 1 (12 oz) bag broccoli florets

Other

  • Oil for frying (General Tso Chicken recipe, if you’re not using air fryer method) This is a personal choice option, but I’d use vegetable oil.
  • Red chili pepper flakes
  • Rotel OR Diced tomatoes, 3 cans

BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR PANTRY STAPLES EACH WEEK.  IF YOU HAVE SUFFICIENT STOCK OF CERTAIN ITEMS, YOU DON’T HAVE TO BUY THEM EACH WEEK.
